Ryan and I found out that we were pregnant yesterday! We're tentatively due April 30th, and we both can't wait and can't believe it at the same time. Here's prego photo number one, not quite showing yet. (Oh yeah, and Ryan's surgery went really well and he's in minimal pain and recovering quickly, although I did get scolded by the nurse for not taking Ryan's temperature :) )

Yes a trainer is a great idea and doesn't have to be expensive to be great. I've bought only used ones my whole life. I wanted to email you more details but I could find a current email address. Will you email me one at chris@shiftedthinking.com?
