Tagged...

Well, since Chris decided to tag me, I suppose that I'll particpate. Five unknown/little known facts about myself? Hmmmmmmm?
1) While I've had 10 surgeries, broken nearly all of the fingers in my hands, a clavicle, cheek bone, and toe I have NEVER had a cast in my life. I was supposed to return to the hospital to get one once after breaking my radius in a soccer game, but the radiologists at Holland Community Hospital miss read the initial x-rays and sent me home. They called me later on that week to try and get me to come back, but I dealt with a loose splint and healed up fine.
2)I have, what I like to call a "King-duper" bed in my room right now which literally takes up more than half of my bedroom. Ryan and I purchased a king size bed for our upcoming marriage, and the only place to put it was in my room. However, there is no place for my twin sized bide to go, so I have Wall-to-wall bed in my room until further notice. :)
3) I once lied about stealing peaches from the lunch line in elementary school. I didn't actually steal them, but I thought that I'd impress my older sister Missy with my great love for peaches by lying to her about stealing some from the lunch line. She was older than me, and sprinted home to tell my parents. I then had to convince them that I was lying about stealing...who knows if they believed me.
4) My first kiss was in pre-school to Michael Riermersma. We were best friends and played with eachother nearly every day. One day while we were lining up to go outside and play, he was in the front of the boys line and I was in front of the girls line and he kissed me on the cheek. I think that my next kiss was nearly 14 years later!
5) I got kicked out of gym class for nearly the entirity of my eighth grade year, because my gym teacher didn't like me. I had to do "enrichment gym" with Mr. Worth which consisted of me spending my gym period running laps upstairs, or learning how to fish in a radioactive pond with a fishing pole I made out of a stick, some twine, carpentor staples and electric tape. My gym teachers comments to me regarding why I couldn't participate in the class was, "you can either help me teach this unit or do enrichment gym with Mr. Worth". Apparently my parents didn't find out about until well after the school year had ended. Perhaps things would have been different.
Okay, so there's my getting tagged portion of the blog...Dad, Ryan, Ceci and Dave I tag you next. Tell us five little known facts about yourselves.
